Peter Lesizza has worked in customer service for over ten years. Peter began working in the restaurant industry and then joined a seasonal work program that gave him the opportunity to travel and work in unique locations, from a ski resort on a mountaintop in Utah to a vineyard picking grapes in Oregon. Peter has since worked as a front desk clerk to local area hotels. Peter studied hospitality management at Daytona State College and has worked as our legal assistant for more than two years.

Felicia Pellegrino started her career as a legal assistant when Wendy opened her practice in 2010. Three years later, she graduated from Daytona State College with her Associated of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies. She is currently attending UCF and working on her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Felicia plans to continue her studies in Psychology in graduate school. An avid animal lover, Felicia owns and operates Pups and Fluffs Pet Sitting in Ormond Beach.

Pauline M. Flynt graduated from Daytona State College with her Associate of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies in 2000 and has been working as a paralegal since. Pauline passed the NALA Certified Paralegal testing in 2002 and was a member of NALA through 2018.  In her free time, Pauline enjoys baking and decorating professional custom cakes and cookies.

Kathy Szlosek is a retired Volusia County teacher. During her career, she earned distinctions such as 2015 Volusia County Teacher of the Year nomination for her school and National Board Certification in Special Education. Kathy and her husband enjoy rescuing animals and serving as foster parents to many furry friends over the years.

Laura “Lori” Ford graduated from Daytona Beach Community College (now Daytona State) with an Associate of Science Degree in Legal Assisting in 1995 and has worked in a law office as a legal assistant or paralegal since then. Lori and her husband belong to a musicians’ club where he plays guitar and she recently started learning to play ukulele. Lori also enjoys cooking and baking bread in her free time.

Mackenzie Mancuso is a student at Seabreeze Highschool. She is a part of the AICE program at her school. Mackenzie loves spending time with friends and family. She aspires to work in the field of law one day. Mackenzie enjoys attending basketball games with her friends.

Legal Assistant
Ms. Hood retired from Publix where she worked for 26 years. She is active in our community and has been a volunteer with Boy Scouts of America for 14 years. Ms. Hood currently serves as a Den Leader and Committee Chair with Cub Scout Pack 3074 and as Treasurer and Committee Member with Troop 468. She is also a Merit Badge Counselor for many merit badges. Ms. Hood loves animals and reptiles and fosters baby kittens that have been abandoned by their mothers. Ms. Hood lives in Ormond Beach with her three sons.

Mary Mollenhauer is admitted to both the Florida State Bar and the Washington State Bar. She is a member of the Volusia County and Seminole County Bar Associations. Mary has previously served as the Treasurer and Secretary of the Skagit County Bar Association and President of the Island County Bar Association.
Mary Catherine Waldron
Mary Catherine Waldron graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL where she received a B.A. in English Literature, a B.A. in History, and a Graduate Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. Later, she attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, FL where she received her J.D. in 2017. She participated on several Moot Court competitions and graduated with Pro Bono Honors. While attending law school, Ms. Waldron served as an intern for the Office of the State Attorney for the 4th Judicial Circuit Special Prosecution Division as well as for the 7th Judicial Circuit Court and volunteered with K9s for Warriors. Ms. Waldron resides in her beloved hometown of Ormond Beach with her three dogs regularly enjoying the beautiful beaches and nature trails.
